The methodology

Every case planned on CBCT — nerve, bone, and drill path mapped before first contact

No implant on this course is placed without a scan and a digital plan. Placement runs through a printed surgical guide where the case allows it; where the anatomy calls for a freehand approach, you learn that judgment chair-side — on a planned case, never a guessed one. This discipline is why the instructor's documented complication rate across hundreds of guided placements is under 1%.

You operate in a setting built for teaching. Cohorts are capped at 6–8 dentists so everyone gets supervised chair time, and every case in the room is reviewed openly — you learn from all of them, not just your own. The system covers 90%+ of the implant cases that walk into a general practice, and the case-selection rules tell you exactly which cases belong in the other 10%.

A planned, guided procedure is also an efficient one — predictable, documented, and priced accordingly. Patients pay for certainty, not chair time. That is why the curriculum includes how to charge more per implant, not less.

The transformation

Day 0: never placed an implant. Day 3: you run the whole procedure yourself.

Day 0

Never touched a dental implant. Referring every case out — and watching €3,000–€4,000 leave the practice with each one.

Day 3

You run the full procedure yourself — CBCT, plan, guide, placement — predictably, on well-selected cases. You go home with the Implant Implementation System™: equipment order list, treatment protocol, pricing scripts. Your first week back is an earning week, not a shopping week.

And you don't go home alone — case review and a direct line back you up while you build volume. The course is built to hand you the procedure, not a certificate.

The business case

Every implant patient you refer out is worth €3,000–€4,000 to somebody else's practice

Full-case fees across Western Europe run €3,000–€4,000. Every referred case is placement, crown, and every check-up after it — on someone else's schedule. Move the slider.

15101520
4 cases/month · 48 cases/year €144.000 in treatment revenue leaving your practice every year — at a conservative €3,000 per completed case.
That's revenue, not profit — but the margin lives in your column either way: the surgical fee alone runs €800–€1,200. At these numbers, the €8,900 course fee is covered by your first three cases at home — and you leave with the exact equipment order list, treatment protocol, and pricing scripts, so the first week back is an earning week.
Your instructors

Led chair-side by senior implantologists

Implant Studio cohorts are led by practicing implantologists — clinicians who run this exact workflow in their own practices, week in, week out. Our current lead instructor has placed implants in the hundreds, with a documented complication rate under 1% on guided placements. You learn the procedure from people who bill it, not lecture it.

The guarantee, the backstop, and three bonuses

The Surgical Reps Guarantee

You will place 8–10 implants on live patients during your course — minimum 8, guaranteed. If for any reason you don't reach 8, you attend the next cohort at no additional cost. The biggest fear about live courses is going home without the reps. We've removed it.

The ROI backstop

Place your first 5 guided cases at home — if they haven't covered your course fee, we keep working with you, planning and case review, until they have.

Bonus 1 · €500 value

WhatsApp mentorship group, 6 months. Ask your first 20 cases live — planning, scan reviews, case selection.

Bonus 2 · €200 value

Digital planning protocol + case-selection checklist. The exact system we use on every patient.

Bonus 3 · €300 value

1:1 case review call within 60 days. Send us your first 3 cases — we review them with you before you drill.

Fast-action bonus: the first 3 seats of every cohort — we design and print the surgical guides for your first 3 cases back home. On us.

Frequently asked

Straight answers

How many implants will I actually place?
8–10, on live patients, under supervision, across multiple patients depending on the cases — minimum 8 guaranteed. If you don't reach 8, you attend the next cohort at no additional cost.
Is it safe if I've never placed an implant?
That's exactly who this course is for. Every case starts with a CBCT and a digital plan; where the case allows, a printed guide physically controls the drill path. Your first cases are selected to be appropriate first cases — foundation-level, predictable, supervised.
I've never placed an implant — will I really manage on my own after 3 days?
That's what the course is built for. You do the full procedure — CBCT, plan, guide, placement — repeatedly, under supervision, on foundation-level cases. And you're not alone afterwards: the mentorship group, your 1:1 case review call, and the ROI backstop are behind you while you build volume.
Where do the patients come from?
Patients are screened, digitally planned, and booked at each campus before the cohort arrives. Reviewing those plans is part of the course.
What's included in the fee?
Hotel accommodation, half-board (breakfast and lunch), airport transfers, and all surgical materials and instrumentation during the course. Not included: flights, dinners outside the program, and personal expenses.
What does the €2,000 reservation commit me to?
Nothing except a serious conversation. It secures your seat and counts toward your course fee. We then confirm your dates and format on a short call, and the balance is due to lock your cohort. The reservation is not refundable — reserve when you're ready to train.
Do I need to bring equipment or buy software?
No. Everything is provided during the course, and we teach both a paid software path (i-Implant Studio) and a free one (Blue Sky Bio). You'll go home with the exact equipment list for your own practice — printer, resin, drill kit, CBCT referral brief.
Group or 1-on-1 — which should I choose?
Same curriculum, same guarantee. The group course (6–8 dentists) costs less and you learn from every case in the room. The 1-on-1 gives you the instructor entirely to yourself: every patient is yours, the dates fit your calendar, and the pace fits your hands. Not sure? Pick "advise me" on the form and we'll place you honestly on the call.
What language is the course taught in?
English.
